The F440 Clubhouse is a 4000 sq/ft, concrete block, two story building, with a 1500 sq/ft viewing deck. Creature comforts include heating and air conditioning, music services, TV and clean restrooms. Inside the Clubhouse there is our main reception, snack shop, Karting Pro Shop, and the vehicle storage and maintenance area. The main reception is the cashier for all transactions and accepts all types of payment, including Interac, Visa, Master Card, American Express and TEC card.

The snack shop menu varies throughout the year but you can always find pop, chips, chocolate bars, and lots of Ice cream bars. Servicing the F440 customers that have advanced into Kart Racing on a professional level, owning and racing their own high performance Karts, F440 has a full service Kart Pro Shop. On-site storage is also available to pro Karters looking for the convenience of drop-in racing.

The F440 Clubhouse has seating for over 100 people when the sun is shining and the deck is open, or 40 people can be accommodated inside. The facility is for you the customer to use and enjoy and F440 has been the host to many corporate and private parties. This service is free as long as the majority of the guests are racing. Food can be handled by a catering service, take out menu, or bring your own and use our complimentary barbeque.
