F440 Hours of Operation

F440 is open year round rain or shine. (whether we like it or not!) Give us a call in advance on poor weather days.
Because of our location in sunny Tsawwassen it never rains, but if it does we have rain gear for up to 40 people.
We are open to the public for drop in business daily on a first come first serve basis, and we also take bookings in advance for groups as small as 5 people.
In the summer months we are open 10 am to 8 pm seven days a week and have the option to stay open until 10 pm for private functions.
